Firstly, here is a photo of two grandparents and a step-granparent.

This is bamp with emily. Bamp is emily's dad's dad. He is called bamp because half a century ago somebody couldn't pronounce grandpa.

This is grandma with both Emily and Sophie. Grandma is their mother's mother.

Here are Emily and Sophie with their father. This is the only time that he has held two babies simultaneously.

Here is grandpa or poppy, he is mother's father.

Sophie is happy. so is mummy.

This is step-grandpa. He is holding a sleepy baby. He is dad's mother's husband.

Here is dad's mother. She is also called grandma. she is holding Emily.

Here is Sophie.

This is a very special photo. Mummy has sticks in her head. She doesn't have this very often. she might not like to find out that this photo is on the internet.

The sticks aren't actually in her head, they are in a vase which is on a shelf behind her.
